It’s official: I have large feet.

The proof? I was at least a size and a half larger than the average blogger foot at the Unofficial Indianapolis MomBlog Extravaganza, which took place Saturday night. What? Isn’t renting shoes a part of your normal weekend socializing?

First we ate in a public place just to make sure we were all real people with digestive tracts and everything instead of blogfembots constructed of chips and wires. Then we went bowling at an alley decorated with wall carpeting and roamed by fire-arm toting policemen. It was a wee bit sketchy. But the sketchiest part was probably our collective lack of coordination once the clock struck 11 pm. Women who are rarely awake past 10 are dangerous creatures when wielding eight pound bowling balls late-night.

Casey has posted some photos of the madness. If you can find me, you’ll notice I still haven’t cut my hair. Uhhhh, it’s kind of on the back burner. With our recent streak of bad luck I don’t want to risk walking out of a salon with a mohawk. (Now a purple mohawk would be something else all together…)

Who else was there? Ordinary Days, Ellinghouse, Redefining Perfect, Piaku!, Lede Me On, What’re You Lookin’ At?, Playgroups Are No Place for Children, and Moosh in Indy.

You want links? Check out my new “Locals” blogroll category. I’m too lazy to relink here. Lazy and tired, really. Fine. Still recovering from going to bed past midnight on Saturday, if you must know.
